After Hours Emergency Service (Optional)

Our After-Hours emergency service is made available to Virtuoso Members for $50 per Member Agency per month. This fee covers our contracted costs for maintaining the service and profiles that allow the After-Hours service to view and process reservation records in the Air Agent GDS system as well as that of the Virtuoso Member Agency. All traveler calls to the After-Hours service are billed to the Virtuoso Member Agency at $40 per call. These fees will be deducted from commission statements monthly. This service is for travelers that need on the road assistance after hours. Calls from agents regarding new bookings or commission questions will be deferred back to Air Agent.
